What we collect
When you take our assessment we collect the answers you provide, your email address, and your consent record. If you become a member, we also store the symptoms you choose to track, your reports, and your account details. We collect standard analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, quiz completion) to improve the product.
How we use it
Your information is used to generate your personalized educational reports, power your symptom tracker, send you the emails you've signed up for, and process payments through our payment provider. We use aggregated, de-identified data to understand and improve how the product works.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share identifiable health information with advertisers or data brokers. Your tracking data exists for one person's benefit: yours.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers using encryption at rest and in transit, with access controls that restrict every record to your own account. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Your choices
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your account settings; deletion removes your personal information from our systems. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (receipts, report delivery) are sent as part of providing the service.
Not medical records
Our Menopause Club is a consumer wellness product, not a healthcare provider, and the information you share with us is not a medical record. It is still health-adjacent and personal — which is why we treat it with the protections described here.
