Menopause Club provides educational content, self-assessment tools, and personal symptom tracking related to the menopause transition. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Menopause Club does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider. Our reports and articles describe educational patterns and common experiences — they are not a diagnosis of your health. Always consult your doctor about your health, your symptoms, and before making any changes to your care. If you have urgent symptoms, contact a healthcare professional or emergency services immediately.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your email account secure, since we use it to sign you in. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
Purchases and subscriptions
One-time plan purchases grant permanent access to that plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, which you can do at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and your subscription features remain active through the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe. 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a purchase, email hello@ourmenopauseclub.com within 30 days of that purchase and we will refund it in full — you do not need to give a reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For subscriptions, the guarantee applies to your first payment.
Your content
The information you enter into your tracker belongs to you. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process it for the sole purpose of providing the service to you, as described in our privacy policy.
Our content
Site content, reports, and branding are owned by Menopause Club and provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Limitations
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on educational content, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the past twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
